Grounded, trauma-informed support for ADHD, anxiety, relationship stress, and shame
Sessions are held entirely online, so you connect from wherever you are in Maine or Massachusetts.
You are not a problem to be solved or something broken to be fixed. Our work starts with what happened to you, what you’ve been carrying, and what becomes possible when you don’t have to carry it alone.

Meet Jen
I'm Jen Jordan, a licensed clinical social worker providing telehealth therapy for teens and adults in Maine and Massachusetts. My work focuses on ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and identity exploration.
I work from a trauma-informed, somatic lens, meaning I pay attention not just to the stories you carry, but to how they live in your body. Clients often describe my style as down to earth, direct, and genuinely collaborative.
Therapy with me is not about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about understanding what happened to you, and finding your way back to yourself.
